Use Settings: People when you need to set up assignees
People settings manage everyone who can be assigned work in your TimeLens workspace, on an Assignees tab beside Teams.
Problem / use case
If you need to set up assignees, Settings: People becomes fragile when the work behind open Settings, then People. and On the Assignees tab, add someone by email or WhatsApp number and send an invite. is separated from Assignments, Teams and assigned work, and Task comments.

Settings: People works best when the settings decision, next action, and progress evidence stay close enough for set up assignees to remain visible.
