- How do I contact TimeLens support? Sign in to TimeLens and use the in-app support button, or visit the support page. Support covers billing, account access, workspace setup, integrations, reminders, and product questions.
- How do I cancel my TimeLens subscription? Go to Settings → Billing inside your TimeLens account and cancel your subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period. For refund questions, see the refund and cancellation policy.
- How do I delete my TimeLens account? Contact support from inside your TimeLens account to request account deletion. All personal data is removed in accordance with the TimeLens privacy policy.
- What does the TimeLens free plan include? The free plan includes daily planning, journaling, time tracking, focus workspaces, habits, and calendar sync with limited MCP and WhatsApp AI after the Pro trial ends. See the pricing page for full details.
