- Who gets the free Pro trial? Approved waitlist users receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. You can upgrade to paid Pro anytime during the trial.
- What happens when the trial ends? You keep the free tier — planning, journaling, habits, and manual tracking stay available. Calendar sync pauses until you upgrade. MCP, WhatsApp AI, and in-app chat continue within your monthly AI credit grant; external task assignments are capped at 10 lifetime. In-app AI chat requires Pro.
- How does launch pricing work? Pro launch pricing is limited to a fixed number of seats per price tier. When a tier fills, the price moves to the next tier automatically. Annual and monthly each have their own seat ladder — check the pricing page for seats remaining at the current tier.
- How do calendar connections work? Connecting Google Calendar, Outlook, or ICS feeds is a Pro feature. You can connect during your 7-day trial. After the trial, existing connections stay on your profile but sync pauses until you upgrade — meetings will not appear on Today’s plan until then.
- What counts as an external task assignment? Each time you assign a plan row to someone outside your account (a name in Assign to), it counts toward the free-tier limit of 10 lifetime assignments. Pro and trial users have unlimited assignments.
- How do AI usage credits work? MCP tool calls use 1 credit each (tools/call only — connecting and listing tools is free). WhatsApp AI and in-app chat use 3 credits per turn. Free includes 300 credits per month; Pro includes 1,000 per month. Your grant refreshes every 30 days from your trial end date (Free) or billing date (Pro). During the 7-day trial, Pro AI limits apply (1,000 credits per month, plus Pro daily caps for WhatsApp and MCP). You can buy top-up packs anytime from Settings → Billing.
- Can I upgrade later? Yes. Open Settings → Billing in the app to pick monthly or annual Pro whenever you are ready.
