• How does WhatsApp work with TimeLens? Message the TimeLens WhatsApp number from your phone. Sign up or log in with your number on the web (we send a verification code in chat), or reply CREATE in WhatsApp for a new account. After that, use plain language to add tasks, log time, set reminders, and ask for summaries — changes sync to Plan and Today on the web.
• What counts toward my AI usage credits on WhatsApp? Each inbound message that goes through the AI assistant uses 3 credits from your monthly balance. Keyword replies like HELP, STOP, and START do not use AI credits. The grant refreshes every 30 days. Free: 300 credits/month. Pro: 1,000 credits/month. During the 7-day Pro trial, WhatsApp and MCP have no usage limits.
• Does WhatsApp cost extra beyond my TimeLens plan? TimeLens does not charge per WhatsApp message beyond your plan tier. You need an active TimeLens account (free or Pro). Standard mobile data or carrier charges from your phone provider still apply — TimeLens does not bill your phone bill directly.

• Is my WhatsApp data private? Messages are processed to run your account actions and stored in your TimeLens journal like web activity. Use STOP to pause outbound messages; DELETE starts account deactivation with email verification.
