Refund reviews

TimeLens offers a Pro trial for approved users. Paid Pro purchases and renewals are reviewed for refunds when there is a duplicate charge, payment error, accidental renewal, failed access after payment, or another billing issue.

Cancellations

Auto-renewing Pro subscriptions can be scheduled for cancellation from Settings > Billing. Active Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period already shown in the account.
